Gulf of Kachchh Marine National Park and Sanctuary is also known as non-diver’s paradise and one need not to go under water to see marine biodiversity including corals. The intertidal region is exposed during low tide, where the rich biodiversity can be witnessed in the tide pools. However, the Marine National Park and Sanctuary remains closed for tourism from 16th June to 15th October and reopens on 16 October to 15th June. Winter season is the best time to visit this place as clarity of the water will be good and birds from other countries come for nesting and breeding in the Bird sanctuary area.
